Henan's Cross-border E-commerce Manifests Increase 90% in 2020
2020年河南省跨境电商进出口清单比上年增长超九成
In 2020, Zhengzhou Customs supervised a total of 243 million manifests for import and export businesses (75.824 million for import businesses and 167 million for export ones), with a value of 30.6 billion yuan, up 91.5 percent and 89.4 percent year-on-year respectively, experiencing a leapfrog development, said a source from Zhengzhou Customs on January 19.
1月19日，记者从郑州海关了解到，2020年郑州海关共验放跨境电商进出口清单2.43亿单，货值306亿元，比上年分别增长91.5%和89.4%，其中进口7582.4万单、出口1.67亿单，实现跨越式增长。
On July 1, 2020, 4 declaration modes under customs supervision codes of "9710" and "9810" were accomplished by Zhengzhou Customs, marking the successful launch of the pilot project for cross-border e-commerce B2B export in Henan. It provides a strong backup for domestic products to selling-global and brings global consumers a friendly shopping experience with the easiest delivery within 72 hours.
2020年7月1日，郑州海关“9710”“9810”的清单与报关单4种申报模式全部通关成功，河南跨境电商B2B出口试点业务正式启动。此项改革为国货“卖全球”提供了强有力的保障，给全球消费者带来了最快72小时交付的便捷购物体验。
So far, the pilot project for cross-border e-commerce B2B export has been running smoothly for half a year in Henan. Zhengzhou Customs has supervised 164.5 thousand manifests and customs declarations under customs supervision codes of "9710" and "9810" with a value of 296 million yuan, and accepted 25 overseas warehouse enterprises for filing.
目前，我省跨境电商B2B出口试点业务已顺利运行半年，郑州海关共受理“9710”“9810”的清单、报关单16.45万单，货值2.96亿元，海外仓企业备案25家。
Besides, to make Henan's cross-border e-commerce enterprises bigger and stronger, Zhengzhou Customs has created a smooth and diversified customs clearance mode by jointly supervising the ports of comprehensive bonded areas, airports, railways, post offices, etc.
另外，郑州海关还通过实现综保区、机场、铁路、邮政等区域和口岸的联动监管，打造畅通的多元通关模式，服务我省跨境电商企业不断做大做强。
According to the data, in 2020, Zhengzhou Customs supervised 24.3375 million manifests for cross-border e-commerce products exported through China-Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) named "Cainiao", with a value of 309 million yuan, an increase of 1.5 times and 2.2 times year-on-year respectively. At the same time, a dual-engine mode of "e-commerce + port" was established to support enterprises to open cross-border e-commerce charter flights linking Zhengzhou with Seoul, Liege, Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, Budapest, Bangkok, etc. Last year, Zhengzhou Customs supervised 110 million cross-border e-commerce orders exported through chartered flights and international express services, accounting for almost two thirds of the total manifests, thus making air freight the main logistics form of cross-border e-commerce exports.
数据显示，2020年郑州海关共监管“菜鸟号”专列跨境电商出口清单2433.75万单、货值3.09亿元，比上年分别增长1.5倍和2.2倍；打造“电商+口岸”双引擎模式，支持企业陆续开通郑州至首尔、列日、东京、纽约、洛杉矶、布达佩斯、曼谷等城市的跨境电商包机专线，2020年郑州海关共监管通过电商包机、国际快递等航空运输方式出口的跨境电商包裹约1.1亿单，占出口清单总量的近三分之二，航空运输已成为我省跨境电商出口的主要物流形式。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/焦丹）
